Bath and spa policy
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the hotel’s health and hygiene policy and to the health and hygiene practices in Hungary:
The medical treatments are available only after a medical consultation, for which prior consultation and appointment booking is required!
Please be on time for medical examinations and treatments.
You must take the handkerchief you have received to the treatments!
Do not disturb the treatments by knocking!
Please come to the treatments in dry swimwear and robes.
If the treatment is not cancelled in advance or if you do not show up for the treatment, the appointment cannot be changed and the fee will be charged.
Please note that in the event of a delay, if treatment can still start, we can only provide treatment for the remaining time. If this is not possible, no new appointment can be booked and the treatment will be charged.
If the treatment cannot be used on a given day for health reasons, the type of treatment may be changed or cancelled free of charge only on the recommendation of the specialist.
In the interest of the health and physical well-being of the spa guests, the following are not allowed to visit the spa: persons suffering from fever, infectious, gastrointestinal or skin diseases; persons suffering from a convulsive condition, loss of consciousness; persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicating drugs; antisocial persons.
It is forbidden to bring fragile and accident-prone objects into the bathing pavilion. In and around the pools, it is forbidden to: consume food and drink, smoke or in any way disturb the rest and/or treatment of other Guests.
Do not enter the bathing hall in street shoes, use shoe covers if necessary. The floors in the spa area are very slippery. Please move carefully and wear footwear with non-slip soles.
It is recommended to stay in the medicinal water for a maximum of 20-30 minutes without a medical examination.
A pre-bath and foot bath are required before using the spa pools!
Children under the age of 14 can use the spa pool only with a doctor’s prescription.
