We kindly ask you to pay attention to the hotel’s house rules and to the hygiene and health and safety regulations in force in Hungary:
The entire hotel is non-smoking, smoking is only allowed in designated areas (NO SMOKING in rooms, on the terrace and in public areas)!
Please do not throw used toilet paper in the trash, but feel free to flush it down the toilet!
After arrival, please let the reception know if the size of the robe you have provided is not suitable and our staff will change it to the correct size.
Free change of towels and bathrobes every 7 days to protect our environment. on the same day, otherwise a surcharge will be applied. Requests for this can be made at reception, not with the room attendants. In order to serve our Guests properly, only our Colleagues may replace or exchange the cleaning trolley.
We are only responsible for valuables stored in the hotel’s central safe.
Please keep the key card holder with you during your stay, only by showing it you can prove your room number and use our services!
Our hostesses respect your personal belongings and are not allowed to put them away. Please take this into account when cleaning and provide a tidy environment to ensure thorough cleaning.
