Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. During peak and holiday periods, we regret that we cannot offer early arrival or late departure. In other periods, subject to availability, our service is available for an additional charge (2.000 HUF/hour). The services of the Hungarospa Spa Complex can be used before the room is occupied, so bath wristbands can be picked up at the hotel reception from 10 am.
For a limited number of our guests we provide free parking in the private parking lot of the Hungarospa Thermal Hotel***. Please check parking availability at reception on arrival, as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. For charging electric cars, please contact our reception staff!

Please bring your ID, passport or driving licence for all Guests over the age of 14, as required by the nationally introduced VIZA guest record system, and present them at reception on arrival. We are unable to accept documents presented by phone, tablet or photocopies. Accommodation providers are obliged to keep accurate records, so it is important to have the necessary documents at hand. The presentation of documents is essential for the registration of the Guest, failing which the accommodation is entitled to refuse to accept the Guest. Please note that all Guests, including children under 14 years of age, are registered in our system. Although we may record children’s details on the basis of a parent’s declaration, in order to ensure accuracy and smooth guest registration, it is recommended that children under 14 years of age bring their ID with them.
