I have never been to Hungarospa Thermal Hotel***! Can I still join the Spa Loyalty Programme?

Yes, it’s worth joining our Loyalty Programme, as we reward your registration with bonus points that you can use on your first booking!
Our Loyalty Programme is open to anyone who would like to stay at our hotel at a discounted rate and enjoy the benefits of our Loyalty Programme in the long term!

Yes, registration is also required from existing Frequent Guests who have registered for our previous Frequent Guest Programme.
Registration is quick and easy with just a few details.
Don’t be alarmed if you have a after successful registration, the system automatically positions you at the Start level.
Please contact our hotel by e-mail at hotel@hungarospa.hu and provide the following information (cardholder name, card serial number, frequent guest level)
Our staff will review your previous loyalty status within 48 hours and upgrade you to one of the new Spa Loyalty Programme levels.

If you do not sign up to our new loyalty scheme, you will not be able to use your previous discounts when you book.

We have created our Spa Loyalty Programme to ensure that those who choose our hotel, individual guests who stay with us several times a year.

  • Our loyalty programme has 5 levels, each with discounts and special offers for our Guests.
  • We reward you for registering and providing your personal details with bonus points, which you can use from the first booking.
  • You can earn Spa Points for your bookings, which you can later redeem for additional discounts.
  • You have the option to invite your Friends to the Loyalty Programme.
    If you register and book online (directly), you will receive extra points for the Invitation at the same time as the points you receive when you leave.

It is recommended that only one person from a family who usually handles bookings should register for our programme.
You can add all family members by logging into your account.
The benefits of several accounts cannot be combined, so you should only register one account per family.

If more than one family member from the same family is a regular guest, it is worth registering more than one.

To use the discounts, please log in to your Hungarospa Thermal Hotel*** account via the Hungarospa Thermal Hotel*** website when making any online booking or request.

When you make a booking, the system automatically calculates the booking amount available at the current loyalty level, minus the percentage discount.
In addition, our Guests have the option to earn and use points, which can vary according to their loyalty level.

Discounts are available up to a maximum of 5 rooms per booking.
To qualify for discounts, a booking must be made from a user account and the account holder must be logged in to the hotel.
Please note that discounts can only be used, redeemed and points credited when booking through your account.
It is not possible to use discounts and credit points afterwards.

You can earn 500 bonus points for registering, and up to 1,500 points for providing personal information (birthday, family members, billing information).
Our regular customers will earn Spa points for bookings made through their account.
You can earn extra points for inviting friends.

In the case of a registration that has been received but not confirmed, the system will send a one-time warning email.
If the Guest does not confirm the registration within 30 days, the system will delete the registration from the database.

In case your registration has been cancelled, please re-launch your registration to our hotel’s Loyalty Programme and confirm your intention to join.

No points can be accumulated after previous stays.

If you have already been a member of our Frequent Guest Programme, we can take your previous bookings directly with our hotels into account when determining the loyalty level you have achieved.
To do this, please contact our hotel by email at hotel@hungarospa.hu and, upon request, provide the following details (cardholder name, card serial number, loyalty level) and our colleagues will add your room nights and bookings from previous direct bookings to your profile based on the new Loyalty Programme criteria.

This means that if you start your journey with our Loyalty Programme at Deluxe level, for example, your room nights and bookings will not start from zero.

The bonus points you receive for registering are worth redeeming at the time of your first booking, as they are valid for 90 days.
Spa points for completed bookings and extra points for inviting friends have a validity period of 550 days.

If you redeem your soon-to-expire points for a fixed reservation for the period after the expiry date of your points, your points will not be lost.

When you cancel a reservation, the points used to make the reservation will be available again in your account with the previous expiry date.
However, only points that are still available can be redeemed in the event of a change.

If the validity of the points used/used expires in the meantime, they will not be returned to the account upon deletion and will not be available for use upon modification.
