HOTEL SERVICES

Adapter, plug: Our reception has the most commonly used travel adapters available on request. In Hungary, type C (Europlug) and type F (Schuko) sockets are the most common, with a voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz. Please check the compatibility of your devices, and we will be happy to help you find a suitable adapter on request.
Souvenirs and cosmetics: souvenirs and souvenir items, as well as cosmetics and toiletries, can be purchased at reception in the window by the main entrance.
Accessibility: 2 rooms are available on the first floor for disabled guests (rooms 118, 119). An elevator to each floor of the building, a stair lift in some areas, and a pool lift provide easy access to the indoor spa pool.
Rates: for our current rates and offers, please contact our Colleagues or visit our hotel website. Prices are subject to change depending on availability.
Bed linen change: your bed linen will be changed once a week free of charge for stays of one week. More frequent exchanges are available on request and for a fee. Please contact reception for more information and prices.
Baby equipment: for the convenience of guests with small children, baby cots (0-3 years), as well as a limited number of baby bath tubs, changing mat, potty, step stool, toilet seat and anti-fall devices are available free of charge at the reception. We are also happy to heat food for our youngest guests on request. Please contact our colleagues with confidence!
Check-in: hotel rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival. In case of early arrival, please wait in the lobby in front of the reception to check in. The package room is free of charge, and subject to availability, rooms can be booked earlier for an extra charge.

Check-in requires the registration of all guests in the room in VIZA. Please bring your ID, passport or driving licence with you when registering.

Our guests can use the services of the hotel’s spa before booking their room, and bathing wristbands for certain units of the Hungarospa Spa Complex can be picked up at the hotel reception from 10 am.

Indoor and outdoor leisure facilities: board games can be borrowed free of charge from the hotel reception. Please contact our colleagues for more details! Please use the toys you have borrowed with care and return them to reception in their original condition by the end of the day at the latest, so that others can enjoy the fun. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
A -I. The games room on the first floor is open during opening hours. Bats and balls for the ping-pong game are available free of charge at the reception, and please return them complete at the end of the game. Billiards and foosball are played with 100 HUF coins. Please use the toys properly and with care.
Guests are also invited to relax in the fresh air, with ping-pong and badminton facilities in the hotel courtyard. Bats and balls are provided free of charge and can be requested at reception.
Safety: please always check that the door is properly closed when you leave to ensure the safety of your room. If you experience any irregularities or feel that your room has been accessed by unauthorised persons, a detailed computer record of the use of your room card will be made available at reception on request.
Envelopes, letterheads: available free of charge at reception on request.
Centrifuge: You can dry your wet swimsuit in the centrifuge at the entrance to the pool area.
Shoe cleaning: shoe cleaning equipment is available free of charge at the entrance. Shoe care equipment is available on request free of charge at reception or from the room service.
Parcel delivery: parcel delivery is free of charge. On request, our colleague will help you with the pick-up and drop-off of your parcels. Ask our receptionists for help!
Luggage room: until you occupy your room or after you leave, you can store your luggage free of charge in the lockable luggage room opposite reception. Ask our receptionists for help!
Dress-code: For the comfort of our guests at the hotel, please choose appropriate attire for meals and social areas. Bathing suits and robes must be worn only in the wellness, spa and pool areas.
Drink bar: from 7:00 to 22:00 we offer coffee specialities, cocktails, long drinks and fresh, locally made cakes.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas, 5 metres from the main entrance, and at tables with ashtrays on the patio, 5-5 metres from the courtyard exit and the walkway surrounding the pool. Please note that if you smoke in a prohibited place, we will charge you a compensation amount.
Electricity: the room’s electricity is activated by inserting the key card in the holder next to the door.
Electric charging station: please ask at reception about the charging facilities for electric cars.
First aid: you can receive first aid in the doctor’s surgery during office hours. In case of any urgent medical problem or accident, please report it to reception as soon as possible. Our staff will notify the emergency services or ambulance. Basic medicines and bandages are available at reception.
Umbrella: free of charge at the reception upon request.
Highchairs, children’s cutlery: limited number available in the restaurant on request. Children’s plastic cutlery, cups and plates are provided in the restaurant. Ask our colleagues for help!
Extra pillow/blanket: Free of charge upon request, please contact reception or the room attendant.

Our restaurant offers domestic and international dishes, a rich buffet breakfast and buffet-style main meals. We also offer an a la carte menu for those who want a more personalised gastronomic experience. During the day (between 12 and 17 hrs) , we offer a selection of appetising meals, which you can find out more about in the drinks bar or in our restaurant.
Please bring your hotel card with you for main meals! You can eat from the buffet table as you wish, but please do not take any food or utensils from the restaurant. Please note that if you take food and/or drinks out of the breakfast room for later consumption without the prior consent of the hotel, the hotel is entitled to charge the full price of the breakfast (per person per meal) to the Guest’s account. Please refrain from wearing swimsuits or bathrobes in the restaurant!
We indicate the allergen content of our food on both menus and menu cards. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. In case of special dietary requirements – upon prior arrangement – special meals are available at an extra charge. Please indicate your request at the time of booking, if possible, so that we can make you a personalised offer. The amount of the surcharge will be determined on the basis of agreement (from min. HUF 2 500).
Safekeeping: you can store your valuables free of charge in the various sized compartments of the central safe at reception. Please note that our hotel is only responsible for valuables left in the central safe.

Finnish sauna: the pool area is free of charge during opening hours. Please inform the lifeguard of your request for a sauna topping-up. It is strictly forbidden to pour essential oil or foreign substances on the sauna stones! Showering before and after use is mandatory!
Payment method: you can pay in our hotel by cash, credit card, SZÉP card, gift card and cards issued by contracted health insurance providers. Account settlement (taking into account the daily exchange rate) is also possible in euros.
Dentist’s surgery: a private dental surgery is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Appointments for treatment can be made in advance by telephone. For any questions, please contact our reception staff!
Hair salon, manicure-pedicure: located on the ground floor of the hotel. Prior registration is required to use the services. For any questions, please contact our reception staff!
Bathrobes: bathrobes are provided for all adult guests in hotel rooms. If the size is not suitable, please let the reception or the room attendant know. For stays of one week, your robe will be changed once a week free of charge. More frequent exchanges are available on request and for a fee. Please contact reception for more information.
Spa Reception: the Spa Reception, located in the corridor opposite the reception, is open from Monday to Friday and awaits guests interested in wellness and spa services. Outside opening hours, weekends and public holidays, please ask our reception staff for assistance!
Medical services: in the medical department of our hotel, in addition to the medical treatments supported by NEAK, which can be used without a referral, we also provide medical treatment packages for our guests without a social security card. Our NEAK treatments, as well as our Pausal and Specialis treatments, are subject to a medical examination, which can be arranged at the spa reception desk on weekdays or at the reception desk on weekends.
Please make sure that you attend the treatments at the time indicated on the treatment sheet/treatment form. Please note that a minimum of four treatment days is required for NEAK-subsidised treatments. Thermal water: information on the effects, indications and contraindications of thermal water is available in the spa hall, in the medical lounge and on the hotel website. For your own health, please make sure you read the information leaflets and adhere to the recommended length of stay in the spa.
Specialities from Hajdúszoboszló: Pávai mineral water and Pintér Pálinka. Have you tasted it? You can do it in our drinks bar and restaurant!
Hairdryer: provided in all bathrooms. The changing rooms in our bathrooms have built-in hairdryers.
Pets: For health reasons, the hotel does not accept pets.
Cold pack: for early morning departures, you can request a cold pack instead of breakfast. Please inform the room manager the day before if you wish to attend.

Drinks: a minibar is available in the room. To order other drinks, please call our restaurant on 352. The local tap water in the room is of high quality and safe to drink.

Damages, liability: Guests are fully and immediately liable for any damage caused during their stay at the hotel.
‘Please do not disturb’ sign: you can use the ‘Please do not disturb’ sign in your room when you need a break or when you want to be left alone by the hostess. Please put it on the doorknob if you do not want any service, but please note that we can do the daily cleaning of the room after the removal of the board.
Bicycle rental: bicycles can be rented at the reception for a fee.
Bicycle storage: a bicycle storage is available in the yard of our hotel.
Check-out: You must check out of your hotel room by 10:00 on the day of departure. Longer stays are possible in the room, subject to availability and at an extra charge. After check-out, guests have free use of our package room.
Air conditioning: our communal areas are air conditioned. There is also individually controlled air conditioning in each room. The instructions for use are next to the wall thermostat. Room air conditioning is centrally controlled depending on the weather.
Library: the 3. upstairs lounge, where you can relax and unwind with a selection of books in several languages.
Key card: our rooms are equipped with card door locks. The plastic key card is programmed for arrival and departure times: from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. After these dates, the card and the related services will automatically expire. Please leave your key card at reception on departure. In case of loss or damage, a surcharge will be charged.
Lift: located in the lobby opposite the drinks bar. The lift is located at the -I and III. between floors. In the event of a fire, the lifts will be shut down and their use is strictly FORBIDDEN!

Pool area: the pool hall has 3 thermal pools of different temperatures, a weight pool, a plunge pool and a traditional Finnish sauna. Direct access from the hall to the courtyard thermal pool.
Minibar: You can find a selection of minibars in the room on the shelf of the TV cabinet. Drinks consumed will be replaced by the hostesses every day until 14.00 and charged to the room bill daily. Drink bottles are subject to a deposit, so please do not throw them in the trash!
We also ask that the minibar is not used for any other purpose, such as storing imported food and drinks, as removing and replacing its contents will result in product spoilage. After using the fridge, check that the door is closed.
Laundry and ironing service: you can use our services according to the price list in the brochure. Clothing dropped off by 9am on a weekday will be returned the same day. The laundry bag is in the wardrobe, please use it to hand your clothes to the room service.
If a technical fault is detected, please report it to the room service or reception as soon as possible.
Daily cleaning: rooms are cleaned every day. Every day the rooms are cleaned daily. Cleaning is carried out every day. If you do not wish to be cleaned, please use the “Please do not disturb!” Please do not disturb.
Sun lounger: Sun loungers are available in the pool area and in the courtyard, with a limited number of sun loungers. Please do not reserve beds in advance and leave them tidy after use.
Parking: the hotel’s closed, unguarded parking lot is free of charge for our guests. We are not responsible for vehicles parked there. Bus parking is available for groups arriving by bus.
Programmes and attractions: Information about the current programmes and attractions in Hajdúszoboszló, the Hungarospa Spa Complex and the surrounding area can be found on the hotel’s website, at the reception and on the notice boards. We will inform you about hotel events and any changes to opening hours via posters and flyers.
Extra beds: standard double rooms (with extra beds) are available with fold-away extra beds up to 14 years of age.
Radio: The in-room TV is also suitable for listening to the radio. The list of programmes is available in the brochure!

Events: A -I. The 80-seat air-conditioned room on the first floor can be the perfect venue for any corporate event, meeting or conference. A projection screen, flip-chart, projector, laptop, wired and wireless microphone, sound system and, on request, a lectern are provided. The spacious, air-conditioned 180-seat restaurant is an excellent venue for larger groups, especially at lunches, but the smaller, separate section is ideal for family and corporate events. The cosy space for up to 50 people provides a private setting for smaller gatherings.

Rooms: the hotel has a total of 115 rooms, of which 77 are standard double rooms, 27 are standard double rooms with fixed extra bed, 6 are family rooms, 2 are rooms for disabled guests and 3 are apartments.
The comfortably furnished, min. The air-conditioned rooms have a comfortable 18 m2 bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer (>5 m2). Rooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses with box spring beds (90×200 cm), either composite or separate, for a restful night’s sleep. In addition to towels, spa towels and bathrobes, a smart TV, telephone, minibar and in-room safe are provided. WIFI internet access is available in the rooms. Rooms with parquet flooring (102, 103, 118, 119, 121, 202, 220, 221, 302, 320, 321) are available for guests sensitive to dust and allergens. All rooms have a balcony or double glazing. Internet access is available throughout the hotel. All our rooms are non-smoking!

Computer assistance: in case of technical problems, please contact our reception staff.
Room bill: you can request to have any expenses incurred during your stay charged to your room bill after showing your hotel card (except for hairdressing, manicure/pedicure, dentistry). A room invoice is prepared for the items incurred, which must be signed and authenticated in all cases.
Room service: you can place your food and drink orders by calling 352 or in person at the restaurant. Room service is available between 7.00 and 21.00 with a 30% room service surcharge. For information about the room service menu, please consult the menu in the folder and contact our waiters.
Room safe, safe deposit box: the safe deposit box information is located on top of the room safe. If you find the door locked or the red light on the door is on, please report it to reception. Please leave the safe door open when you leave! If you have larger valuables, please deposit them in the hotel’s central safe, where there are various sizes of valuables lockers available. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any items placed in the in-room furniture safes.

The incoming call will be connected to your room by reception. Please note that your outgoing calls will be registered by the computer, and based on the registration, an invoice will be prepared and you can settle it at the reception before departure. Television. Televisions (min. 80 cm) are listed in the in-room folder. The TV also has a radio channel and internet connection.
Preservation of textiles and equipment: please protect your furnishings and equipment. Avoid using white hotel textiles in the mudroom or for sunbathing and protect them from direct contact with thermal water. Mud, various sun oils and thermal water cause permanent staining on white fabrics. Deliberate or negligent damage will give rise to liability for damages.
Toiletries: toothpaste, toothbrushes, shaving products and other toiletries can be purchased at reception.
Towels: towels are changed every 2 days or daily on request. For environmental reasons, please return the towel to the towel rack if you wish to continue using it. If you need a new towel, please place it on the floor. The replacement will only take place if the fabric to be replaced is in the room. If you do not have towels in your room due to towel usage, you can ask the room attendant to change them between 8.00 and 14.00. More frequent exchanges are available at an extra charge.
Frequent guest discount: our Spa Loyalty programme is our way of repaying our guests’ trust: our returning guests receive progressively increasing discounts depending on the number of stays. It’s easy and free to join via our website, and the benefits of the programme are there from the first booking.
Fire protection: smoke and heat detectors are installed in all rooms of the hotel. The fire alarm system is on direct alert to the Fire Brigade, so please pay close attention to the smoking ban and other fire hazards. An escape route sign is on the door of every room.
Sewing kit: located in the room closet.
Ironing facilities: an iron and ironing board are provided free of charge upon request. Please contact our reception staff or the room attendants!

Wellness towels: we provide our guests with colourful wellness towels, which are changed weekly (every 7 days). If you wish to change your towels more frequently, this is possible for an extra charge. In case of loss of towel, a compensation fee will be charged.
Guests are kindly requested not to use the white hotel towels for mud treatments or sunbathing, please use the coloured wellness towels. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

HAJDÚSZOBOSZLÓ

Hajdúszoboszló is located in the heart of the Great Plain, in the north-eastern part of the Tiszántúl. It is located 202 kilometres from Budapest, the capital of the country, and only 21 kilometres from Debrecen, the most important city in the region.

It is one of the driest areas in Hungary, with a high number of sunshine hours and favourable climatic conditions. For a long time, up to the 20th century, the high quality farmland on the edge of the area was used for farming. was the main source of livelihood for the population until the beginning of the century.

One of the most significant turning points in the history of the town was 1925. on 26 October, when high-calorific natural gas erupted from a depth of 1,100 metres – and with it, 73 °C mineral-rich thermal water. The excavation was supervised by Dr. Ferenc Pávai Vajna Vajna, Chief Geologist. Recognising the beneficial effects of medicinal water, a simple bathing complex was built, and from the 1930s onwards the now world-famous Hungarospa Spa Complex was gradually developed.

Thanks to the exceptional composition and healing properties of the thermal water, Hajdúszoboszló has gained international fame and has become one of the most popular Hungarian health and holiday resorts, where the treasures of nature combined with modern services await those who wish to relax and recover.

István Bocskai Museum in the heart of Hajdúszoboszló

Visit the Bocskai István Bocskai Museum in Hajdúszoboszló, where you will find interactive exhibitions! Explore the history exhibition, try out the weapons of the hajduks and write on a slate. The zoo showcases Transylvanian bald-necked hens, Parlagian goats and donkeys, raccas and mangalica, Hutsul horses, Hungarian grey cattle, domestic buffaloes, and many other domestic animals. Children will have a special treat at the petting zoo, where they can meet sheep, goat goats, donkeys and donkey cubs. The zoo also hosts the National Goulash Competition and the Hungarian Grey Bull Fair.

Nine Hole Bridge

The Nine Hole Bridge is a stone bridge built in the classicist style on the site of the old wooden bridge over the Hortobágy River. The bridge’s famous annual event is the Bridge Fair, held on 20 August, which is an attractive destination for visitors. Lake Tisza

Lake Tisza is the second largest lake in Hungary, located in the northern part of the Great Plain.
