We would like to inform you about our hotel services and the most important things to know.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
- Please bring your ID card, passport or driving licence for all guests over 14 years of age and present them at reception on arrival, in accordance with the requirements of the nationally introduced VIZA guest data recording system.
We are unable to accept documents presented by phone, tablet or in the form of copies.
Accommodation providers are required by law to keep accurate records of personal data, so it is important that the necessary documents are available.
The presentation of these documents is essential for the registration of the Guest, failing which the accommodation is entitled to refuse to accept the Guest.
Please note that all Guests, including children under 14 years of age, are registered in our system.
Although we may record children’s details on the basis of a parent’s declaration, in order to ensure accuracy and smooth guest registration, it is recommended that children under 14 years of age bring their ID with them.
For more information, please visit https://vizainfo.hu/vendegek. - Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. Early arrivals and late departures are not possible during peak and holiday periods, while other periods are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
Our service fee is 2.000 HUF/hour. The services of the Hungarospa Spa Complex can be used before the room, and bathing wristbands can be picked up at the hotel reception from 10 am. - All rooms at the hotel are air-conditioned and equipped with telephone, internet access (WIFI), minibar, LCD TV and safe.
- We will try to accommodate requests regarding the location of rooms, but we cannot guarantee this!
- Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00.
Guests arriving after 21:00 on the day of arrival can have a cold dinner prepared in the room if they call to indicate a late arrival. - Our hotel kitchen does not normally provide special diets. Such requests must be agreed in advance and can be subject to a surcharge, so please make sure to indicate this in writing when booking. The amount of the surcharge is determined individually (min. 2.500 HUF). You should also make a personal arrangement with the restaurant manager on arrival.
- In our hotel, PET accommodation is not available.
- Only the PERSONAL CARD entitles you to use the hotel services, so please keep it with you during your stay.

via Hungarospa Thermal Camping and the beach from 10 am
seasonally every day except the day of arrival
Access to the above spa facilities is by wristband , provided by reception.
If the wristband becomes damaged, it can be replaced by handing in the old wristband.
The wristbands entitle the holder to unlimited access several times a day.
The hotel has 3 indoor and 1 outdoor thermal pools of different temperatures, open all year round, a weight room and a Finnish sauna.
Due to the composition of the thermal water, the maximum recommended stay in the thermal water is 20-30 minutes and children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the thermal water.
The hotel’s internal medicine department is open daily from 7:00 to 19:00.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a 30% DEPOSIT from our guests within 3 days of booking.
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before arrival during the summer and public holidays, and 7 days before arrival at other times of the year.
The hotel will refund the deposit paid.
Cancellations or changes made after the deadline indicated in the confirmation may be charged to the hotel as a penalty.
DISCOUNTS
- CHILD DISCOUNTS
Children up to the age of 12 years are entitled to a discount.
Children under 4 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 4-12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate, unless the child is in a main bed, in which case they are charged 75% of the adult rate.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Pleasefollow the instructions below during your stay at the hotel:
- The whole area of our hotel is NON-DISTRICTED. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- In case of emergency, call Reception by pressing 0!
- In the event of a FIRESTORM, evacuate the building immediately using the designated escape route.
- In case of fire, the use of the lift is prohibited!
- Protect your assets! The hotel is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the rooms. A safe deposit box in the room is a safe deposit box for your valuables, free of charge.
- Our hotel services are currently available without a PENSION CERTIFICATE, but this is subject to the applicable legislation.
