Camping sites
Pre- and post-season:
- arrival: between 7:00 – 22:00
- check-out and bill payment: until 18:00
High season (July – August):
- arrival: between 7:00 – 22:00
- check-out and bill payment: until 12:00
Mobile homes
- arrival: from 14.00
- check-out and bill payment: until 10:00
Guests are reminded that if they stay in the mobile home or on the plot beyond the specified departure time on the day of departure, a full day’s accommodation fee will be charged as a stay supplement.
Please show your receipt at the check-in counter on the day of departure.
During your stay, you will be given a wristband to ensure access to and from the campsite.
Winter mode
The campsite is open from the beginning of November until the end of March.
This means that during this period our guests will be welcomed at the reception of the Hungarospa Thermal Hotel*** in the neighbourhood.
Our guests will be checked in and informed, and keys and wristbands will be handed over there.
The gate is opened and closed by the guests themselves, and in case of problems, they can contact the hotel reception.
Guests can easily access the hotel on foot from the campsite via a small gate.
During these months our winterized building with toilets, showers and kitchen facilities.
The area is monitored at night by police officers and cameras.
With the wristband you will receive at the hotel reception upon check-in, you can use the winter facilities of the spa at no extra charge or with a discount, as follows:
- The Spa is free of charge.
The Spa is open all year round, from 7 am to 7 pm.
In addition to the 3 thermal pools in the hall, there are 4 open-air spectacular pools available for guests.
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the thermal pools. - The swimming pools of the Árpád Swimming Pool are free of charge (50 m swimming pool, teaching pool, two indoor and one outdoor thermal pool).
The swimming pool is open every day from 7 am to 8:30 pm. - The camping guest gets a 20% discount on the price of the all-day tickets for the AQUA-PALACE indoor adventure pool by showing the wristband.
Opening hours of the Aqua-Palace: from 10 am to 8 pm.

- All Guests are bound by the rules and regulations available on the Hungarospa Thermal Camping*** website.
- For the peace of mind of our guests, between 22.00 in the evening and 7.00 in the morning, we do not accept new guests and vehicle traffic is suspended.
During this time, no activities, including moving from one plot to another, will be permitted which disturb the rest of others. - The wristband is personal, non-transferable and must be worn as intended.
It must be shown at all times on entering and leaving the campsite and checked at the barcode reader on entering the spa. - Please note that it is strictly forbidden to pull electric cables on the roads and it is dangerous!
- Due to the nationally introduced VIZA guest record system, we kindly ask that all guests over 14 years of age bring their ID (or passport, driving licence) in physical form and present it at the reception upon arrival. We are unable to accept IDs presented by phone, tablet or in the form of copies. Accommodation providers are required to record the details correctly and it is important that you have your documents with you on arrival.
The accommodation provider is entitled to ask for documents from persons over 14 years of age and the guest is obliged to present them. In the absence of this document, the accommodation shall refuse to accept the Guest. We need to record all Guests in our system, so we also need the details of those under 14 years old!
Children’s details can be entered into the system without the need to read a document, but for the sake of smooth guest registration and accuracy of data, it is advisable to bring children under 14 years of age with you.
