A medical examination is required before you can receive treatment. The price of the medical examination: 9.000 HUF. Treatments are prescribed by the Spa’s own rheumatology doctors.
The carbon dioxide medicinal gas diffuses through the skin into the tissues, exerts a specific vasodilatory effect on the peripheral circulation, microcirculation and, secondarily, has a beneficial haemodynamic effect on cardiac function.
The treatment takes place in a cabin containing colourless, odourless, heavier-than-airCO2 gas. The increased circulation of gas through the skin creates a velvety warmth.
MOFETTA is most beneficial when used in a course of treatment. The recommended course of treatment is approx. 10-15 sessions, which can be repeated 2-3 times a year.
